When I first started writing about whatever I write about, I had no idea where it would go. I had no idea where it would lead. I had no idea what it would mean to me in the end. In this same style of wandering I find myself discovering new possibilities and finding new inspiration in the vast halls of artistry that exist on flickr.

What started as a project to make digital picture frames out of old laptops, has led me down the path of discovery, food reviews, bad ideas, and a feeling of confusion and awe at some of the things I discover. I like to get lost and then find something that catches my eye. In those processes, I am found, or I find new things about myself. Maybe that is why I do it. Maybe I am still searching for myself. Maybe it’s just a mid-life crisis without sports cars, divorce, and a visit to the Betty Ford clinic while my children look on in disbelief.

This path that follows is a path that started at flickr.com. While it is a part of larger path, it is a path in its own. A fun path filled with nudity, sunsets, and a waterfall or two I’m sure. The images and artists invoke a feeling or inspiration. Sometimes it may be just a piece. Sometimes it is the whole ensemble. If you find something you like in there leave a comment, or make a note.
