Bar Carlo in SE Portland, Foster and about 68th, was hiding from us.  It is a super secret little Foster-Powell gem hidden amongst dive bars and other places you wouldn't notice unless you live in the area.  We do.  Krista, Stacy and I ventured out on the neighborhood Pub Crawl last Saturday and visited our local venues.  In that tour we happened upon Bar Carlo.  While we were there we took a look at the menu.  uh oh.  They have Eggs Benedict.  My greatest nemesis.

I suffer from a complete weakness to certain things.  Much like Superman and kryptonite, but less tights, less superpowers and more weakness.  Once I saw this on the menu, I knew I would be back for a test run of this little hideaway.  I'm pretty pleased with the results.  I am full.  It was good.  The whole family enjoyed it. Can you ask for more?
